A new harvest of brains just fresh out of the kiln. This is for a ceramic brain sculpture. It is terracotta with multiple layers of color. It first had a light green underglaze painted as a undercoat. I then fired multiple layers of a neon green and orange lichen glaze to give it the crusty texture. The brain measures 7 1/4 inches long, 4 3/4 inches wide, and 2 1/2 inches high. It is ready to be a centerpiece on a table for discussion by visitors. You can also hang it on the wall with a long screw placed at an angle so the brain does not escape. It has a copper coated wire as part of the hanging system. Thank you for looking.
